VALLEYKIDS
FAMILY INTEGRATED
We are a family integrated church, meaning we minister to the family as a whole rather than breaking apart into age segregated groups. We strongly encourage your children to join you in worship because they learn so much from that time. You have the opportunity to show your children the importance of worship and reverence to God. They also get the opportunity to see your love for God and not just hear you say it.
Like anything, family integration can have its challenges, so we welcome you to use any of our resources as you lead your family to worship with us each Sunday.
SERMON NOTES
We have guided sermon note pages for older kids and toddlers with crayons for kids to use as they listen to the sermon. The questions can help them stay focused and guide family discussion when you go home today.
QUIET CORNER
In the back, we have an area for kids that may need to wiggle or move around more than our seats allow for. There are quiet toys and a soft floor mat for you in an area where you can still hear and participate in the service.
NURSERY
We have a nursery for kids under 3 to use during our service times. We have loving volunteers who will care for and teach your child during the service if you would like to use this resource.
AS YOU GO HOME!
We believe God desires our households to be a major focus of our discipleship efforts. Parents should be the number one discipler of their children and not the church. We equip households to grow closer in their relationship with Jesus together.
We encourage you to take and use our family worship guide each week at your home. The basic outline of family worship is to come together daily in your household to READ, PRAY, SING. We will provide a short scripture passage and questions for each day to guide you in your family worship.
Join us for community groups each Thursday night. We alternate weeks between Men and Women Community Groups. Men have a deep intentional study and accountability time, while the women and children join together for family worship. Then the next week Women have their study and men meet with the children.
